Operations Assessment
The Operations Assessment is an asynchronous engagement that identifies risks to workflow reliability. Through stakeholder input and documentation review, the assessment evaluates how work moves through the organization and where constraints exist.
The engagement concludes with an Operations Blueprint containing findings and recommendations to strengthen workflow reliability.
Engagement Process
01 | INITIAL REVIEW
We establish the assessment scope, identify relevant stakeholders, and collect available documentation.
02 | ASSESSMENT
Stakeholders complete the Operations Assessment, which documents how the selected workflow operates. The assessment takes approximately 30–45 minutes per stakeholder, and responses are due within 10 business days of distribution.
03 | OPERATIONS BLUEPRINT
The Operations Blueprint is typically completed within 6–8 weeks of assessment completion, depending on workflow complexity and stakeholder availability.
04 | BLUEPRINT REVIEW
A 10 business day review window is provided to clarify recommendations and answer questions. Optional implementation support is available separately through the Operations Retainer.
