Blueprint & Pillar was founded by Amaya to help financial organizations build reliable operational systems.
Amaya began her career in operations at a fintech company as it scaled to serve more than 2 million members, gaining hands-on experience in member operations, fraud operations, and compliance operations. She focused on building systems that support consistent execution, strong documentation, clear ownership, and privacy protection.
Her experience includes:
