About Blueprint & Pillar

Blueprint & Pillar was founded by Amaya Watters after repeatedly seeing products designed to work one way, only for users to experience them in ways that product teams didn't expect.

Amaya began her career at a fintech startup as it scaled to serve more than 2 million users, gaining experience in product reviews, support, fraud investigations, operations, and compliance. She has served as DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for product reviews and fraud investigations, and has experience coordinating work between operations, engineering, and compliance teams.

She holds a BS in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University with a focus on cellular and developmental biology, and especially enjoys working with digital health products and women's health products.
